shipping
US orders are shipped with tracked USPS Priority
Mail. Orders outside the US are typically shipped
with tracked USPS First Class Mail International,
but I'm currently not taking international orders
due to the tariff situation.
I am not responsible for customs fees or items lost
during transit. Each box will have enough
insurance to cover your entire purchase. If a
package says it's lost or says it's delivered and you
didn't receive it, please let me know, but work
with your local post office to file a claim. If your
jewelry is somehow damaged during transit,
please let me know and I can repair it for you.
If you are buying multiple pieces of jewelry and
see a high shipping charge, please contact me for
a better estimate since there currently isn't an
effective way to estimate combined shipping
charges. Contact me if you have questions.

I do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If an error has been made on my part, such as
sending the wrong size or wrong item, please
contact me with a photo of the item describing
the issue and I will be happy to fix the issue
and return it to you free of charge.

understand the adornment and its sizing before
buying. I am not responsible for any confusion
after you have received your jewelry. Please feel

allergies
By default, I weave chainmaille with saw-cut
304L 1/4 hard stainless steel rings
and the clasps I use are 316 stainless steel.
304L stainless steel is an iron alloy that
contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel.
316 stainless steel is an iron alloy that
contains 16% chromium and 10% nickel.
Certain select adornments have an option to be
woven with grade 1 titanium rings and a grade 2
titanium clasp, making them hypoallergenic.
Grade 1 and 2 titanium are both pure titanium
with different levels of strength, ductility,
and weldability.
I will always list the materials in the item
descriptions to the best of my knowledge.
With all this in mind, please wear at your own
discretion if you have known metal allergies.
